Getting there from Kansai Airport: Use the Haruka train of JR line from the airport to get to Kyoto Station. This takes about 75 minutes. The ticket costs about 3500 yen. The Kyoto Tokyu Hotel is located at Horikawa-Gojo. From Kyoto Station, it is a 10-minute taxi ride.

For workshop presenters from overseas, the meeting provides room only for 4 nights from September 15th. If you stay longer than four nights, please make a reservation for your extra nights for yourself.
